What's in the box

Longstanding members get extra sessions on top of the four. How many depends on how long you've been with us — yours is in the email that brought you here. You choose which ones, and the sleep ones come as cards in the box while the daytime ones land in your app.

One for you, up to two for whoever needs some sleep.
Postage, before anything else
- UK £3.95 per box.
- USA £26, including duty prepaid, so nothing is asked for at the door.
- Australia £13.50.
- Outside the UK it's one set per person. In the UK you can have up to three.
You're not paying postage today — it's added to your 1 December payment.

The rest is due on 1 December. I'll email you before it comes out, so nothing happens without you knowing. And each set is posted the day it's paid, so it's with you well before Christmas.
