Everything that's in the box, and how the band works.

What's in the box
- The sleep band — soft modal fabric with thin flat speakers inside. Nothing goes in your ears.
- A spare band — for the first 500 sets, so there's always a clean one while the other's in the wash.
- Get Back To Sleep, already in the band — it's preloaded into the headphones, so you don't need an app to play it at all — no card, no phone.
- A USB-C charging cable.
- A small printed guide — what to do, in about a minute.
You already know these four.
These four are in your box. They're the four most-played sessions from the app you've been using — all Hazel Gale, all the originals. We've renamed them so they say what they're for, but they're the same recordings you already reach for.

Why it might suit you
Made for ears like mine.
I have really small ears. Nothing has ever stayed in them — nothing. My husband has bought me every earbud going and not one has lasted a night.
So there's nothing to put in your ear. The speakers are thin and flat and they sit inside the fabric, over your ear rather than in it. Nothing to fall out, and nothing to lose in the bed at 2am.

And if you sleep on your side.
I do. Most of us do.
The speakers are flat enough to lie on. You can turn right over, put the whole side of your face on the pillow, and feel nothing digging in. That's the bit I could never get from anything else, and it's really why this exists.

If you run hot at night.
The fabric is modal — beech pulp, softer than cotton. It breathes and moves moisture away instead of holding it.
I'm not going to pretend a headband fixes a hot flush. But it won't make it worse, which is more than I can say for most things I've tried sleeping in.
It goes in the machine.
Headphones and pod come out through the slit, then 30° and dry flat. No tumble dryer, no iron.
That's it. If it couldn't be washed I wouldn't have made it.
It'll last the night, and turn itself off.
Twelve hours of playing, two hours to charge from flat.
Double-click + and it stops after an hour. Double-click again for two.
At 3am you don't need your phone at all.
Get Back To Sleep is already in the band. One press of the middle button, seventeen minutes.
That's the one I use.
It plays anything you like.
It's a pair of Bluetooth headphones you can sleep in, so it plays whatever's already on your phone — a podcast, an audiobook, the radio, your own music. It isn't locked to us.
But I hope you'll keep using Clementine, because the new app makes it easier than it has ever been: tap a card and the session starts. No scrolling, no searching, no deciding at eleven at night.
Pairing it. Once.
Hold the middle button for four seconds until the light flashes red and blue, then pick 'Clementine' in your phone's Bluetooth. If it asks for a code, it's 0000.
You do that once. After that it finds your phone on its own, up to ten metres away.
The small print
One year's warranty. Fourteen days to change your mind once it arrives, and a full refund.
Listening loudly for long stretches can damage your hearing — set the volume before you settle. Don't wear it while it's charging, or driving, or anywhere you need to hear what's around you. There's a lithium battery inside: don't drop, open, pierce or burn it. Not for under-threes.
